Yes! You can bring in your own garments for embroidery service, but not hats. We do not screen print on outside provided items.
Screen printing inks are very durable, and will often outlast the garment they are printed on.
Production times can vary from as short as one week to up to three weeks. Your sales representative will inform you of current lead times. We strive to always get jobs done on time.
Vector files work best for everything, and for screen printing they are necessary for color separations. For embroidery an image file is usually sufficient.
Yes we can! We keep two artists on staff, and can assist with design creation. It is best to come in with a good idea of what your looking for. Using Google images, or an AI are great places to start.
Yes, due to setup time, there are some minimums:
Embroidered hats: 12 pieces
Hat patches: 36 pieces
Screen printing: 36 pieces (more print colors=high minimums)
DTF printing: 12 pieces

Yes, our pricing is setup on a quantity matrix. The more you order, the lower the price. Large corporate customers can get set up on fixed pricing for their specific program.
